Sad to see my anti hero Frank go tonight, I have lapped up every minute of Shameless since it started.  It's like losing an old friend of sorts.  The last 20 minutes or so were classic, The wee lass following Frank and stooping him from getting on the bus started it all, followed by her making him admit he loved her, while a group of concerned mum's called the filth, thinking he was a paedo cos the lass denied he was her dad. "Put your pitchforks away" magic.  Then the who;e shebang finished as it started, "It's not a proper party without a fight" says Mimi, followed by a good old bonfire round a burning out motor, Another brilliant monologue from Frank admitting what we all knew from day dot, he loves them being a part of him. Paaaaaaaarty!  You'll be sorely missed old chap.  A fond farewell to Shameless and all who sailed in her!

NEWSFLASH!!!    "Man ultimately lets his mouth outrun his abilities shocker on The Apprentice"  Just had the best quality five minutes of TV I've seen in years, watching those two girls rip the utter piss out of the lad Zee on The  Apprentice, and expose him for the chauvinistic tit that he is was class, finished off by Sugar's sidekick saying the first line of this comment.  It's the reason I watch it, nothing better than watching people with completely over the top estimations of their abilities ans self important dicks who have somehow managed to cover up their inability to do anything anywhere near their job description by being utter boss's ass licking bastards who will sell their soul for a rung up the corporate ladder by alienating everyone around them who can't help their quest for world domination or summat.  Waaaaaaaaanks!  Rant Over :)

Extremists Can Be White Too!

I don't need to go into too much of one on the subject because my feelings have been all over FB on this.  Even had friends accusing me of somehow trying to condone what happened to Lee Rigby.  Let me just say this.  If the SDL bloke who carried an axe and a hammer to the Dumfries demo on 18th May was not arrested there could have, and almost certainly would have been a racially motivated attack carried out under the guise of support for the 3 or 4 Dumfries people there, 2 of whom have convictions for violence, I can't comment on the other 2 for certain, but have heard they are also not the angels they like their mammy's to believe they are.  All I'm trying to say folks is that there are extremists on both sides of these nutjob groups and ask that you just think, take a breath and consider the facts before jumping on the media led bandwagon.  A lot of innocent people who just happen to be Muslims have suffered due to thugs running about, pissed up to the eyeballs, balaclava masks on as they can't even be seen to support the groups they feel so strongly about that they are committing acts of violence for them?  Are they any less extreme than the two nutters that killed the soldier? Maybe just a little at the moment because they haven't murdered you say? Give it time is my answer to that!  Be mindful of the old wartime poem "They came for the Jews, I said nothing" folks, because that's where this stuff leads!

How do I start?  Christ knows!  Guess I'll just rant and see where it goes.  Was at a demo last week opposing the SDL demo in Dumfries, maybe about 60 or 70 SDL supporters there, of which 3 or 4 were actually from Dumfries, which is reason enough to ask yourself "Where are all the residents that needed this group of ex football casuals and assorted arseholes just now"?  Not standing with a bunch of thugs, of which one was arrested carrying an axe and a hammer, Peaceful Street Protest group my arse!  BUT! then ask yourself, "Where was I when this demo was happening"? Certainly not on the Whitesands letting a bunch of far right supporting thugs, that's for sure!  A wee bit of rain was apparently enough to keep over 100 confirmed as going to counter demo the SDL aay, Apathetic dimwitted c*#*s! Doing nothing is how these groups begin to get wee footholds in communities and slowly fester and grow until a power base of some description exists.  Next time you hear of any of these far right groups demonstrating near you, GET OUT AND PROTEST AGAINST THEM..........BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!
